Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about our shipping times and rates.

Order processing Times

We endeavor to send all orders within 1 to 2 business day. If there are any delays, we will contact you as soon as practicably possible. Orders are typically not shipped on weekends. 

Click and collect

Orders are usually available within 24 hours including on weekends. We will let you know when your order is ready to be collected. 

Pick up is at 6 Forest Road, Cashmere QLD 4500.

Local Delivery

Currently we deliver to local postcodes including 4500, 4037, 4520 and 4035. Local delivery is $5 for orders under $60, $3 for orders under $80 and free for orders over $80. 

We only complete local deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays excluding public holidays. 

Domestic Shipping

We ship with Australia Post and offer flat rate $10.95 standard shipping or $18 express shipping. Please be aware that express is not possible to WA, TAS or NT. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bareback Botanicals are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.). 

Damages

Bareback Botanicals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia Post to file a claim. Please ensure you have evidence of the damages. 

Shipping Exclusions

Honey cannot be shipped to WA or the NT or New Zealand at this point in time.
