Absolutely, but only before it ships. Once we have fulfilled the order it's likely you can't add to the order.
To add to an order send us an email with your order details and what products you'd like to add. We'll amend the order and a payment request will be sent to your inbox. Once paid we will fulfill the order.
We proudly make all our balms on the same property as our apiaries in Queensland, Australia.
Our Equine and Pet Shampoo Bars are made locally in Toowoomba by another Artisan Maker.
The Hooked Combs are made by not for profit, Precious Plastics Margaret River over in Western Australia.
Applicators and scrubbers are made in China.
Buzz Balms is unique because we craft most of our products in-house and manage our own apiaries, giving us direct control over the beeswax that goes into every balm.
We take pride in knowing exactly where our ingredients come from and ensuring they meet our standards for quality, effectiveness, and environmental responsibility.

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We use only natural ingredients in our products and often test first on ourselves and own animals prior to launching a product to market.
Yes! We harvest and use our own beeswax in our balms. When our hives don't meet all our beeswax needs, we source additional wax from other local beekeepers.

Yes! We only sell honey from our own beehives located in Cashmere, Queensland.
The honey is primarily sourced from Eucalypts as the Clear Mountain Conservation Park falls within the 5 - 7 km radius our hives forage.
At this time, we don't provide specific samples upon request, but we do offer Mystery Product Samples, perfect for those wanting to explore a selection of our bee-utiful products.

While that is the ultimate goal, no our products are not currently APVMA licensed. The cost is simply too great for our small business.
As such, we cannot use terms such as 'antiseptic' or make mentions of conditions or diseases.
While this limits what we're able to say about the qualities and nature of the ingredients we carefully select to make our products from, please make use of our extensive reviews to decide which product is right for you.

Hoof Product FAQs
We recommend purchasing our Ultimate Hoof Bundle to have everything you'll need on hand for healthy hooves.
Otherwise, the Hoof Hydrator is perfect for hooves that need a little extra hydration or sealing in dry and wet conditions. If your priority is to maintain healthy hooves or reduce weather cracks, then the Hoof Hydrator is the balm for you!
If you are struggling with issues caused by wet and muddy conditions - anything a little funky and smelly, then the Hoof Beehave should be a staple in your tack box. This is the balm for when hooves need to get back on track or to keep any large cracks or crevices clean while they grow out.
Hoof Hydrator - one tin with regular use (2-3 times per week) will last one horse approximately 3 to 6 months. A large tin will easily last one horse a year or more and is an economical option for those with more than 4 hooves to care for.
Hoof Beehave - one tin can last anywhere from 2 to 12 months depending on use, the condition of hooves and the weather conditions your horse is exposed to. A small tin is great to have on hand for a couple of horses. For 3 or more horses or those living in persistently wet conditions, then we would recommend the large size. This is far more economical.
Yes! Some horses quite like the coconut oil in our Hoof Hydrator and when first applied might lick their hooves. Ensure the tin is stored out of reach as a whole tin may make them unwell.

All you'll need is some cornflour!
Ideally prevention is better than a cure. If possible, apply Hoof Beehave prior to wet weather events. We understand that this is not always possible, so we recommend applying every 2 to 3 days during wet weather events to keep hooves funk free.
In the case of active hoof funk apply every 1 to 2 days until resolved. Ensure you apply Hoof Beehave to a dry hoof. If symptoms don't improve, consult your veterinarian.
For large cracks and crevices, we recommend applying Hoof Beehave in these every 2 to 5 days, depending on the severity and depth, until completely grown out. Your farrier or trimmer should be able to guide you on how long this will be required.

Pet Product FAQs
Yes! Our Bee Pawsome Paw Balm is made with food grade oils and beeswax. It contains no fragrances, synthetics or essential oils. If you dog has a few licks it will not harm them.
Absolutely!
Our Paw and Nose Balm is great for any skin irritation. Being unscented with very neutral skin loving ingredients we've had customers use it on rubs or chauffing for both canines and equines.
It has even been used as a bit butter if a horse doesn't like the peppermint in our current Buzz Butter.
We suggest applying our paw balm when your dog is at rest, such as enjoying a chew/bone or when they like to have a snooze. This will allow the balm to soak into their paws before they return to running around.
Massaging the paw balm into their paws will also help the oils penetrate the paw, soothing any discomfort.
Reapply as often as necessary.
Not at all! Our Shampoo Bars can be used on horses, donkeys and dogs.
Really anything as long as the essential oils used are not irritating to the species.
They make a great plastic free, palm oil free alternative to liquid soaps packed full of synthetics and harsh chemicals.
Our favourite is the Kunzea Mud Bar!

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries including New Zealand and United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (check your junk folder). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Please note that AusPost tracking numbers also work within the USPS system for United States Customers.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and can offer AfterPay and ZipPay.
Yes. If you're not happy with the product please contact us for a return. Returns are only accepted if sent within 10 days of delivery and refunds only processed once products have been satisfactorily received back with us.
