The Hoof Hydrator is an all natural beeswax hoof balm for your horse's hoof walls, frog and sole. Designed to boost your horse's hoof health by reducing hoof dryness, chipping and breakage. The Hoof Hydrator works to:

This sealing effect of the beeswax can aid in preventing weather cracks by reducing the shrink/swell effect of the hooves in various weather conditions. Beeswax also boasts a range of epic natural properties.

Directions

After ensuring hooves are clean and dry, apply the hoof balm to the entire hoof (wall, frog and sole) at least once a week, or more often during dry periods - or whenever your horse needs a little extra care to prevent dry hooves, or a soft shine for show days. 

Apply with a hoof brush, cellulose sponge applicator, rag, brush or even your fingers!

Kunzea Mud Bar - Crafted with anti-inflammatory and soothing ingredients such as kunzea essential oil, turmeric butter, castor oil, bentonite clay and our very own honey, this bar was designed for irritated, rubbed or raw skin in mind. Kunzea oil has also been known to reduce muscle aches, making the Mud Bar an excellent choice post workout wash. This is bar by far our favourite! Don't worry, bentonite clay will wash out of the coat easily. 

Vanilla Charcoal - Looking for a detoxing all natural shampoo bar? This delicious vanilla scented charcoal bar is perfect for gently removing impurities from the coat while stimulating the skin. May help with hair regrowth and create a shinier coat. 

Hemp and Peppermint (not suitable for dogs) - For extra hydration this refreshing bar is packed full of nourishment along with soothing peppermint essential oil. Until the mud bar arrived this was our favourite 😉

Rosemary and Cedarwood - Made with the nourishing addition of hemp seed oil, this bar is the total coat and mane rejuvenator. Perfect for use on areas that have have been rubbed as the natural oils are well known for stimulating hair growth. 

Tea tree and Lavender - We recommend this for horses suffering from itchy skin. The combination of lavender and tea tree essential oils gives both a calming and cleansing aspect to wash time.

This peppermint flavoured bit butter is 100% natural, handmade from a nourishing blend of beeswax, cocoa butter, mango butter, coconut oil and olive oil. Moisturise cracked, calloused and dry lips while improving bit acceptance. Trust us when we say our Buzz Butter smells good enough to apply as a lip balm - we don't blame you if you do! Best of all our Bit Butter is Australian made, palm oil free and nasties free.

How to use: Apply to the corners of the mouth and the underside of the bit to improve bit acceptance and prevent rubbing before each ride. Always test patch on a small area prior to first use.

Our braiding wax is a soft creamy, all natural braiding balm for horses packaged in a plastic free push up carboard tube complete with a compostable label. 

Make those braids behave with Bareback's all natural beeswax braiding balm. Braid Beehave has a strong holding and smoothing ability as well as being weather resistant to fight against humidity and frizz. Our braiding wax maintains flexibility and allows the hair to move with the horse. With enough 'tack' to ensure smooth plaits, braids and bands every time. Our braiding balm sets quickly to give a beautiful shine, leaving a clean looking mane or tail - with no flaking or white residue.

Available in clear or black our braiding wax can have an original scent (very subtle natural beeswax scent) or scented with lavender essential oil. 

Black Braid Beehave tinted braiding wax is the ultimate game changer for black manes. Not only offering superior hold and taming abilities, the all natural black pigment colours any dirt at the roots, creating a clean slick show-worthy finish in black manes. 

How to apply: Simply take off the lid, push up a little of the braiding wax stick from the base and rub onto the horse's mane or tail. 

For mane rosettes: Apply Braid Beehave to the roots of the mane, brush the braiding wax through the section and plait as normal. Apply more as required with a focus on the root section. The superior flexibility and hold allows you to work the braiding balm through the entire plait while still being able to shape the mane. 

For running braids: We suggest you apply braiding balm to fingers and work into the plait or alternatively apply the braiding wax directly to the plait and not the roots. Apply more as required.

How to remove: Being a beeswax based balm, we suggest washing the mane with shampoo. There is no harm in leaving it in the mane, and it may even provide protection against drying heat.  

Please note, our compostable labels are thermal printed and may fade overtime, this does not impact the product whatsoever.
